Dr. Schiener graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree from Indiana University (Bloomington) in 2000.  He received his formal school psychology training from the University of Houston at Victoria and graduated with a Specialist in School Psychology (SSP) graduate degree.   He is the former lead school psychologist for the Marble Falls ISD.

Later, Dr. Schiener would earn his Doctor of Psychology degree and completed both his Pre-Doctoral Internship and Post-Doctoral Residency at a private clinical office.

Dr. Schiener currently lives in Marble Falls with his wife and daughter and enjoys exercising, reading, and exploring the endless wonder of the Texas Hill Country.
